mignolo
was born in 2017 with the first performance by mignolo dance in upstate New York. Since then, the company has opened an arts center in Metuchen, New Jersey, founded an interdisciplinary publication, and built an international presence. From dance to music to visual art to theater and everything in between, mignolo is a platform by artists for artists. We are dedicated to sustainable practices that support creative people and foster robust and inclusive artistic communities. We hope you’ll get to know us by joining us at our next event, following us on social media, and proposing ideas for collaboration.

mignolo arts center
is a state of the art, 28x40 foot ADA approved rehearsal studio, gallery, and black box performance space in Metuchen, NJ. With a wide open space, wall-to-wall mirrors, high ceilings, and a marley floor, it is an ideal place for professional dancers as well as theater companies, musicians, and visual artists.
mignolo dance
is a contemporary dance company founded by sisters Charly & Eriel Santagado. They are lifelong dance and creative partners dedicated to developing new work that explores elements of various artistic mediums through movement. Their work has been presented in Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Poland, and the United States.
Pinky Thinker Press
is an interdisciplinary arts publication that prioritizes experimental works that don’t fit cleanly into a preexisting genre. Each issue is published both digitally and in print and all past editions are available for viewing for free online. We have housed the work of hundreds of artists thus far and are dedicated to exploring the unique possibilities of print media.
